Custom software shouldn't be just for big companies

The Project Management software developed by OneIT in close consultation with OptiComm has made vast improvements to our construction productivity and consistency. The advantage of the customised software is it can grow with OptiComm requirements in the future. Productivity gains and cost savings have far outweighed the cost of the Software development.

We've made some minor changes but the outcome is they work, the solutions work, they've been accepted and the issues that we had or the pushback we had prior has gone away.

Like I say, anyone that is obviously watching this video, when I say very, very professional, very good at the job, nice bunch of guys and yeah, you wouldn't go wrong.

It was important for Financial Wisdom to select a website developer with strong practical and technical expertise. OneIT always meet our expectations and provide excellent value for money.

Timesheets was a high profile project, but despite a tight timeframe and changing requirements, OneIT delivered the system on time. The reaction from all parts of the business was very positive and it is now an essential tool in our operations and performance analysis.

One IT was exceptional to work with on our Open for Business online calculator. They cheerfully accepted the challenge of a difficult project with a tight deadline and thanks to their consistent yet agile project management process, the flaws of our concept were immediately revealed. OneIT quickly built an effective wireframe that sorted out our problems at the beginning of the project, making it simple to identify the user experience issues which we were able to resolve immediately. Despite the challenges we presented, this is the only web design and development project we've had the pleasure of being able to launch on time and under budget. We found OneIT to be highly skilled, impressively responsive and committed to helping us deliver an online tool which is accessible and genuinely useful to our clients.

Due to the rapid growth in our business within the mining sector over a short period of time there was a need for a web based data base. That data base would incorporate the daily running requirements of our equipment as well as more technical information that could be used from service personnel on remote sites right through to Managers based in Perth. After contacting several data base designers within Perth the decision was made to contract One IT to develop a comprehensive system to link all key elements together and generate reports that was user friendly and would allow data to be entered easily and efficiently and still capture all relevant information. Personnel on site had a brief run through on how to use the system and were able to navigate around to source the information they required. In the maintenance section of the data base were site personnel are required to fill out hours, Km's and faults less than five minutes training was needed. To enter hours on ten cranes only took five minutes using a good internet connection. One IT were able to construct this system within a 6 week period to a stage the data could be populated and start running reports. The whole process was achieved within three months and now automatically sends out emails to remind sites to comply with maintenance requirements.

Very glad to have chosen OneIT as our supplier for our latest project. Their scoping process and feedback ticketing system has ensured that we have the exact end product we wanted. Had we chosen somebody else, I feel we may not have had such a smooth journey. Definitely recommended and we will use OneIT for more projects in the future.

MODUS Compliance is a private building surveying consultancy which visits and assesses construction sites across WA. We approached OneIT with an idea for a web store that we wanted to develop. It not only had to host a product, but also run a smart little macro in the background to customise each clients documents and provide a web store to purchase them. I have to say every aspect of the project has been smooth and professional. OneIT was commissioned to write a Rostering System for our company in replacement of our existing one. The new system has been in operation for over a year now and we are continually improving and developing it, in conjunction with Oneit. As the dynamics of our reporting requirements changes so does our need to keep abreast of the changes by updating the system to get the maximum efficiency that it can afford. We are grateful to Oneit for their continual professional support and consultancy as they listen actively to our needs and provide the outcomes that we require at a very reasonable price. We are shortly to include other additions to the system that will provide accurate information that is consistent and will only need to be adjusted where required at the one point rather than copies held at each of our centres.

Our new database meets our job requirements and fits with our business processes. Rather than an expensive off the shelf system that included much of what we didn't need and not enough of what we did need, our system works for us. After implementation we were even able to tweak the system to increase its effectiveness in a cost efficient and timely manner. It has now been released for two months and we have found the system to be reliable and easy to use.

Prior to the implementation of the system OneIT provided on-site training to all States and Territories involved in the project. This allowed for a tailored training approach for each Office.
