The challenge
Demand for recycling was growing, and with it the number of new jobs. Staff were tracking jobs in a spreadsheet that couldn't keep up, and every demolition quote was different and hard to put together.
Capital Recycling came to OneIT through a reference from another customer.
The solution
Before anything was built, we put together wireframes so the team could see the layout and how the system would work. We then built a custom job management system in stages, so Capital Recycling could start small and grow it as the business needed.
Quotes are broken down with a template for each kind of job, and every quote, job and invoice lives in the same system.
