UNLTD Solar required a state-of-the-art CRM to manage its explosive growth. oneit delivered a sophisticated system that enables UNLTD Solar to manage, track and analyse its growth, leads, inventory, clients and communication.
More than 3 years ago, UNLTD Solar (then known as Solar Unlimited) approached oneit to develop a small website and lead management system for its business. Within a year, UNLTD Solar was experiencing unprecedented growth. oneit developed a sophisticated CRM and workflow system that is expanding as the company grows.
UNTLD Solar's CRM ingests leads and prospects, assigning them to sales representatives. The sales team uses the system to create its quotes, which are later converted to sales and tracked. The CRM produces contracts and interfaces with external parties such as Western Power, the Clean Energy Council and Federal and State governments for grant applications.
oneit's software allows installers to use hand-held devices that interface with the CRM. Installers scan products as they are installed. This automatically adjusts the inventory within the system. In addition, the barcodes of the products are stored and photographs are taken for inclusion in proof of installation government documents. When a government form needs to be completed, the software inputs the correct photos and barcodes of the associated products. No manual intervention is required. For warranty purposes, the CRM tracks installers, products and installations.
Email communication is directed through the CRM and recorded as activities against clients. When a client responds, the correspondence is attached to the client's file and emailed to the sales representative or installer.
The CRM does not just store and manage data, it also provides reporting and analytics to break down sales by region, sales representative and category.
