Its high-end development saw the creation of a single platform to service 4 distinct hotel-casino brands for properties on the east coast of Australia including Star City (Sydney), Jupiters Townsville (Townsville), Conrad Jupiters (Gold Coast) and Conrad Treasury (Brisbane). We developed a platform powerful enough to incorporate 4 unique designs and brands.
Tabcorp required a website content management system capable of accommodating 4 distinct brands. In addition, Tabcorp needed an online booking system capable of integrating with its hotel management system.
The content management system developed for this project makes heavy use of CMS-driven Flash (including accordions, ferris wheels, slideshows, carousels and photo galleries). The Tabcorp marketing departments add new promotions easily due to seamless integration with the Flash.
In addition to its website development, Tabcorp required an online booking system that would integrate with its hotel management system. Our system receives real-time information about room rates, availabilities and packaging. When a user browses the availabilities, s/he is informed of the best rate of the day and is only offered available rooms and packages. When a booking is made, it is integrated into the hotel management system without manual intervention. Users can log back into the website to amend their bookings and these amendments are reflected in the hotel management system without intervention.
